EzEarn LLC is a small independent software studio. We are a U.S. limited liability company registered in Wyoming, founded in 2023. We focus on making fun, polished, lightweight apps for phones and tablets.

This policy explains how EzEarn LLC (“EzEarn”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our mobile apps and this website. It applies to apps we publish on Google Play and the Apple App Store unless an app’s own store listing or in-app screen says otherwise.

1. Information our apps may collect

  • Device and usage analytics: for example device model, operating system version, language, app version, and how features are used.
  • Crash reports and diagnostics: technical data that helps us find and fix problems.
  • Advertising identifiers: if an app shows ads, an advertising identifier provided by your device may be used to serve and measure ads.
  • Purchase receipts: if an app offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Google or Apple. We may receive purchase confirmations or receipts, but we do not receive your payment card details.
  • Information you send us: such as your email address and message if you contact us.

2. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain and improve our apps.
  • To diagnose crashes and prevent abuse.
  • To show and measure ads, where an app includes ads.
  • To respond to your messages and meet legal obligations.

3. Third-party SDKs and services

Our apps may include software development kits (SDKs) from third parties, such as advertising and analytics providers. These providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies. Google Play and the Apple App Store also handle your account and purchases under their own terms. You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.

4. Children’s privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a particular title is directed at children, we will follow applicable requirements, including COPPA and the relevant Google Play and Apple family policies, and describe any differences in that app. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Data security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

6. Your choices and data deletion

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email admin@ezearnllc.com with the app name and enough detail to help us identify your request. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of apps published by EzEarn LLC and to this website. By downloading or using an app, you agree to them.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, and subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded from.

2. In-app purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Refund requests are generally handled by the store that processed the purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute our apps except as allowed by law; not to cheat, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the apps or any related service; and not to use them for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The apps, including their code, artwork, audio, names and logos, belong to EzEarn LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

5. Disclaimer

Our apps and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that an app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzEarn LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the app in question in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S., without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of an app after that date means you accept the changes.
